"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "This place is pretty cool. It doesn't look like much from outside, but the room was clean and modern. The in room onsen was great. Great views of Mt. Fuji. Service and staff are top notch. Par contre, je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de bénéficier de cette navette à l’arrivée à l’hôtel. La marche entre la station d’autobus et l’hôtel était assez difficile, surtout avec nos bagages. Il aurait été apprécié que cette information soit mieux indiquée lors de la réservation."

"The hôtel is wonderful! Every detail has been carefully considered and crafted using high-quality materials. The lounge, with snacks and drinks, adds to the hotel experience. Unfortunately, the dining room left us with mixed feelings regarding the dining experience. We made requests that were not honored. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff's attitude changed, and our dining room experience became unpleasant. It's a real shame because, although the hotel is extraordinary, I would hesitate to book again."
