They never cleaned the room . There was a towel hanging over the shower stall , no face clothes and dirty napkins in the ice bucket

Best Western Plus Durham Hotel & Conference Centre
The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be its next to a factory so a lot of noisy trains all day and night. But good place!
