「Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」
