「Shower tub flexing under my 170 lbs weight, indicating rotted baseboards underneath. Used toiletries and razor on top edge of shower tub. Filthy shower tub. Barking dog next room at 2am. Weird individuals coming and going at the property at night clearly intoxicated, not really staying at the hotel.」

「The carpet in the bedroom was lightly stained, but it smelled like it was shampooed before my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and mattress smelled freshly laundered. Super hot strong shower was a plus. Overall, the experience was really great and the host was accommodating. Will rent again. 」

「This was a Voucher Motel with people living there. The property had garbage and construction debris everywhere. It had mold in the bathroom. There wasn’t even staff in the office at 10:00 on check out. The smell of pot was inside and outside. We had to walk over broken pipes and other building materials to get to our room. I asked for a cancellation with a refund but she refused. I was so glad it was only one night. 」

「I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!」

「I have booked on Expedia for years.I booked this home thinking that I was booking the whole house. I found out it's a shared house with strongers there. I plans went down hill for Valentines day. I was going to cook dinner for my guest. I contact Expedia for a refund and they advised the own would not allow it. I spoke with the owner. To advise of the safety, in a house with strange people. The owner did not care. They are just collecting people money. I have never rented a house with other...

「The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back.」
