「Bed could use a little more help with those with bad backs, water pressure was a challenge in the morning. Loved the facility and fitness center. 」

「Only B&B in Kissimmee. Owners were excellent. Enjoyed talking to them each morning over a great breakfast. Would definitely go back. 」

「When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said...

「Lady was very nice when letting them know my mini fridge wasn't working. She moved me to another room without hesitation. The beds are the most comfortable that I've seen in any hotel as of yet. 」

「I was in town due to a death in the family. This little hotel was a nice break from the tasks at hand. The staff were very nice, always polite and accommodating. They had the coolest cat who I bought treats for. The room was a bit older and weathered, but it was comfortable and clean. A nice quiet retreat after my days of work. Thank you. 」
