Good location, check in pleasant, you drive to your room and can park right in front of it which is A+, no batteries in remote, no netflix as advertised, phone inoperable, when I asked if we could have a refund for those reasons and go somewhere else, he said only option was a room change or to take it up with Expedia (which everyone knows wouldn't work). Beds clean and comfy. Air circulation unit is good. Fridge nice and cold. Bathroom kinda gross. Overall ok for price. Check out easy and pleasant

It was clean and the staff ( one little lady) was taking care of business like a one man gang. She checked us in quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was dated however it was clean and saw no insects, the TV was broken on top of screen, We didnt complain. Overall it was a really good price and it was peaceful. We would stay again. If you're ever in Orlando stay clear of OYO its nothing like the ads its disgusting and ran down with roaches and the desk clerk is less than intelligent. They show you photoshop images to lure you into a place roaches don't want to be. Also no wifi and an awful part of Orlando.its worth the trip to Heritage Park you will be happy you did.

Staff was very friendly and had check in process smooth.(A gentleman security guard) Upon arrival to see the room it was very clean, spacious and clean sheets (bed was super comfortable and pillows were nice)

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was vaping in the lobby, asked what I needed we got to room no towels, no rags no hot water after letting it run for over 30 minutes thinking it would finally warm up it never did. There was a very loud man about 4 doors down whom seemed to possibly be living there, screaming and fighting all night maybe with a girlfriend. Hollering at his dog all night. We couldn’t get a refund and we only ended up staying because after coming down from ga due to a family emergency with my father in law being placed in the hospital we had been up for nearly 40 hours and just roughed it out through the night. I guess it could have been worse but it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

This place should not be in business. Very sketchy. Doesn't look safe at all. Some room with the door open, all furniture flip inside the rooms, and super durty. Looks like an abandoned place. I couldn't stay the night there. I left.
