「I wanted to sleep in my vehicle! Shower head was moldy, no light bulbs in lamps, pet hair all over the bed sheets, no smoke detector, mattress covers were stained!」

「Our room was clean & fresh smelling. Staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing that we had issues with was that on king beds, the pillows were tiny, like couch end pillows. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it smelled very good. 」

「Down there when the flood happened and the entire city closed down. There was nothing that the motel could do. Went back 5 days later to retrieve luggage. Motel manager came within 15 minutes to open our room once we found someone who knew his phone number. No issues with stay, we just happened to be there during a disaster.」
