"Bartenders & restaurant attendants seem annoyed by foreigners. Not friendly at all. Lobby is on 15 so you have to go on two different elevators to get to your room every time."

"A fantastic hotel with a great location, near Dotonbori. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful (especially to foreign tourists). The property was immaculate and had such a warm vibe about it. You are about a 7 min. walk to Dotonbori, with a train station just a few minutes (walk) away. We could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka."

Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas...la ubicación es genial muy cerca de las entradas al subte y sobre todo el hotel se encuentra emplazado en una avenida de lujo, con consecionarios de autos de primer nivel, tiendas de marcas internacionales y a 10 cuadras nada más y nada menos que Dotonbori. ... !"

"Great hotel next door to a subway entrance, an excellent bakery and a Konbini. All staff were very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Room cost was terrific value. They also do luggage forwarding."

"This is an older hotel that was taken over by the current owners and renovated it a little bit, but the staff was very friendly.And the amenities were nice.We had a late checkout time of two o'clock and there was a guest room with free snacks drinks, including beer, wine and liquor. The breakfast was probably the best I'd ever had in a hotel buffet. The french toast with truffle butter was amazing!"
