"The room was spotless as well as the hotel/property absolutely immaculate. Perfect location in Osaka to hit up all the famous areas - easy to get to Kyoto. I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. The hotel staff was friendly They helped me research my way to a ski resort for the day and was very friendly with all the questions I had throughout the week. I was so happy I booked this hotel over my other choice.. amazing views as well from the room. "

"The hotel is located in a very nice building right in the middle of Namba. The location was perfect to walk to the market and to other touristic spots in Osaka. The subway and buses were convenient to move around as well. The room was large, had an integrated kitchen, and was very well equipped. The bathroom was smallish, but good and private. Everything was super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I sent my luggage to another hotel via ta-q-bin and they went out of their way to make sure it arrived on time and was properly received. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall it offered good value for money, and is a good option to stay in Osaka. I like this chain in general, and this time it hasn't disappointed. I would stay again."

"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"
