This hotel was not bad. Staff are friendly, free amenities are nice and convenient location. But the hotel cleaniness is not good. Carpet has many stains, bathroom floors, shower curtain has stains and snot stuck of it. Think they need to do major cleaning.and renovation.

The hotel is super central and a minute's walk from Dotonbori or the Nipponbashi train station. The room I had was perfect for what I needed. Yes, it is small, but you pay exactly what you get for and you get a comfortable bed, a hot shower and all the amenities are included. The staff was always helpful and the check in and check out process was quick and easy.

Wonderful stay. Staff was friendly & made an effort to try to help us when we had questions. The free breakfast was good. Room is small as expected (note that you cannot open your luggage all the way unless it’s in the bed) you make it work though and it’s not too bad. Location is great close to transit stations & lots of food areas (Dotonbori & Kuromon Market).

Close to the entrance of Dontonburi for food and shopping. The subway is a short walk away to get to Universal Studios, Kyoto or Nara for day trips. A short walk across the main street is the famous Kuromon Food Market for street food. The 7-11 and Lawson is a short walk away as well for drinks and snacks.

Great location right next to subway station, Dotonbori’s night market, Glico sign, and KUROMON fish market. However rooms are a bit dirty also only 3 laundry machines for probably 1,000 rooms.

Property was just a short walk from the train lines. Convenient location and walkable to everything. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast included was great.

I liked that it was close to dotonbori and other shopping districts and that there were train stations really close by. I didn’t like that they didn’t give me an alternative to luggage delivery service. I wanted my bags to be sent from Osaka to Haneda airport and all they said was they can’t do it and didn’t provide an alternative solution. They left me all puzzled and stressed. I didn’t like that the room bottom walls were dirty.

This hotel was great,a seamless check-in like in an airport using your passport in a machine and your room card comes out. The room was clean, organized. Small but all hotel rooms across Japan are small, like NY. It was like an Ibis Hotel. Very functional. Has USB plugs too. You can decide to have your room made up or just get towels, using magnet signs No one bothers you. It is across the street from Dotonbori food malls, Near Namba metro stations. I would stay again. :-)

Stayed for 3 nights in Osaka, and the location of the hotel was convenient if you frequently visit dotonbori. However, there were quite a few problems I had with my stay: the Air Conditioner control controls the heater and there was no AC control in my room according to the staff, the wifi was VERY spotty, bathroom had signs of mold, and the blanket was a little dirty during my first night there. Additionally the walls were very thin so you could hear whispers from the other side. While I know it’s located very close to dotonbori, the windows were also very thin and you can hear motorbikes and cars passing by throughout the night. While the hotel do have benefits such as bfast (which you have to buy every morning) and coin laundry (which for some reason made my clothes smell bad…), the overall condition of the property is definitely showing its age

The hotel is in a perfect spot literally a 2 minute walk to the entertainment area of Dotonbori. If you’re after dining, street food and the Glico sign (among many other things) this is the area for you. Despite that the soundproofing works terrifically. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was nice albeit small (which is to be expected). Would definitely stay again.

Located near the bustling Namba area, this was a great location that was walkable to Namba and to transit stations. Self check-in/out was pretty straight forward, but there's always hotel staff on hand if you have problems. Hotel amenities were really good! They had bath salts, all types of face cream and hair serums. Only complaint was that our room fridge was definitely not working and it had a rotten food smell.
