The second time I selected here. The exhaust is noisy as same as last stay at different floor. No spare rubbish bin bags. Others are fine. Car park, tax free drug store, 711, FM, GUSTO, rent a car shop, Metro and etc are nearby. Environment is safe for family even walk outside at night. Room is large enough to open 3 luggages, still have space, corridor and dinning room and sofa for my family total 3 persons. Comparing many many hotels and B&B, Takuto Stay is recommended.

The property is ok. It does have a nice bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioner. The negatives are that is was pretty dusty in some places, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, and the beds were pretty cheap, one of them being partially held together with a zip tie. Also the area is pretty rundown. A few blocks away it is much nicer. I would stay here again if I had to, but would much prefer other places a few blocks away.

You get what you pay for. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. It is a budget hotel

Beware staying at this property there is no staff on property. The room had a horrible sewer smell in the shower and bathroom. It stunk so bad that we could not use the bathroom or shower for two days. They came to clean the bathroom but It did not help. We are in process trying to obtain a refund. The staff does not speak any English and they have zero staff on property if there is any issue. Do not stay here unless you like dirty rooms and speak Japanese. The entire room smelled of sewer. Do not stay !

Hotel was great but the check in process could be much improved. It took very long to check in and there were multiple repeated steps. For example, the hotel required to verify passports twice--first by taking a picture of it and upload it, then it also required to verify theough a live virtual agent once again. And each person was required to do so. We were standing in a very small area with multiple luggages and this process was extremely cumbersome. I don’t mind the virtual registration but they should not make us repeat the same regisprocess twice.

唯一一樣好處就是用品、設備應有盡有，算是齊全。可是整間房子都不整潔: 1. 地板發霉一點點黑色 2. 梳化有污漬 3. 廚房碗碟還有油漬 4. 風筒接近用不了 5. 最崩潰是空氣清新機的過濾網十分積塵，要我自己清潔 6. 洗衣機的過濾格，還有上一次的污物 7. 附近的停車場收費昂貴

クリスマスに5人で一日だけ泊まりました。 必要最低限のアミニティが揃っているので不自由はないです。 晩御飯はホテルで過ごす際に、フォークやスプーンなどの数が不揃いだったのが少し困りました。その他は特に不満な点なく過ごせました！ 普通におすすめ出来ます。
