Okay place to stay walking distance to Kuromon

Condo was locating in a great area - walking distance to everything yet right outside the nightlife. Condo is next to the freeway so you do hear the cars especially the sirens. Bed closest to the entrance door was super hard - you can actually feel the springs - hope it wasn’t the box spring we were sleeping on. Floors had hair - maybe from the previous guest Extra blankets in the closet didn’t look like they were washed. Liked that we had 2 rooms on the same floor - being that there are only 15 rooms for the whole building, we had our own floor

This apartment hotel was spacious with 2 beds and a kitchen table. However, it is located right next to an overpass freeway and we could hear the traffic very clearly and consistently when we slept. The beds were uncomfortable since we could feel the springs when laying down on both beds.

On our 11 day trip this B&B was the worse! we stayed 2 nights and couldn't sleep at all. the mattress had springs that hurt, extra comforter and pillow had stains without covering available. Futon had a ditch hence my child couldn't sleep. Noisy AC unit, stains on the rug. There was Zero lack of communication with the owner, no front desk available should have been declaired on Expedia website while we were booking this property. Absolutely horrible experience with tgis stay compared to other 4 stays we had in Japan.

施設の場所はよかった。入室がスムーズにいかなかった。入室前のチェックインフォームがうまくいかなく何度かやり直しをした。電話での対応しかなく直接の対応がなかったのが不安だったがなんとかにゅうしつできた。部屋は綺麗だったが電気が切れている箇所 が2箇所あり整備されていなかった。 風呂も掃除が行き届いていなく赤い湯垢が目立った。下駄箱のなかやエントランスには前客が置いて行ったと思われる傘が何本か置き去りにしており管理が行き届いていないと感じました。 ランドリーもありましたがホコリがあり整備されていない感じもしました。 清潔感がなかったと思います。

洗面所の棚に前の宿泊者が使ったと思われる濡れたバスタオルが残されていた。 共有廊下に未開封のコンビニ弁当が落ちたまま放置されていた。 ベッドルームのエアコンから異音が鳴っており、稼働させたまま寝ることはできなかった。 スリッパの置き方、アメニティの置き方、Wi-Fiの取説の汚れ方など日本人の感覚では考えられない雑さだけど、そういうところだと知っていれば問題ないです。
