Very easy communication for checking in with free Wifi which was available at level 1. Advice to have more clothes hangers like 8 and hooks inside or outside the shower room. To hook the towel and clean clothes. Thank you for providing a clean and nice environment to stay. I will be back again.

Very close to Juso station which is very convenient if u want to go either to Kyoto or Kobe, just a train ride away. Also have supermarkets close by and local shopping street

Great base in Osaka!
The small apartment is a great base for exploring Osaka and surroundings. It’s next to a station that takes you to either Umeda or Shin station in two stops. Finding the place turned out to be a bit difficult for us so please do yourself the favour of reading the material provided by the caretaker very carefully before setting of! We didn’t cook in the flat, mainly because we found a great local Indian restaurant, India Curry Club, in the neighbourhood! But all you need for cooking is available and including a microwave oven and a kettle. The washing machine works perfectly fine and it’s easy to dry clothes on the drying rack in the balcony. The only thing we found missing was bedside lamps for reading because the light in the ceiling is rather bright! But that’s a minor improvement suggestion. The host reacted promptly to an email asking for fresh towel and a bed linen change. All in all, great value for money and a great stay away from too much of the neon lights down town!

駅近、静か、快適
十三駅至近。駅に近いにもかかわらず、大混雑の十三駅東口からアーケードを少し進み、東へそれたら、もう到着。駅近にも関わらず、静か。 酷暑日、エアコンで部屋を冷やして下さっていたのが、ありがたかったです。 コンパクトな部屋でしたが、ベランダから、隣接する公園の緑が眺められ、部屋の狭さは気にならず、快適に過ごせました。 機会があれば、ぜひまた利用させていただきたく思います。ありがとうございました。

非対面での鍵の受け渡しが配でしたが、説明のメールが丁寧で、EメールとCメール両方に繰り返し届き助かりました。お風呂は追い炊きで便利。 また浴室乾燥機、洗濯機があったので、寝る前に洗って干すことで衣類の荷物を減らせました。汗だくの夏には必須です。 手荷物が多く居室は広めがいい、自炊したい、自宅のようにくつろぎたい、リーズナブルなほうがいい人にはうってつけです！　また利用します。

快適に過ごせました。
阪急十三駅から徒歩3-5分です。付近には飲食店、ドラッグストア、100円均一のお店があります。また線路を挟んで反対側には商店街があり、しばらく歩いていると左に業務センター、右にスーパーがあるので、自炊を考えている方、大阪の下町を楽しみたい方にはおすすめです。 また、阪急十三駅から梅田まで一駅ですし、神戸三宮や京都河原町までも乗り換えなしで行くことができ、とても便利です。

阪急十三駅から徒歩5分以内で、商店街の近くにあり、とても便利です。商店街にはマツキヨ、コンビニ、ラーメン屋、お弁当屋などがあり、食事、生活には困りません。反対の出口にも商店街があり、そこには業務などもあります。また梅田へも1番近いホームから電車に乗れば1駅で着きます。 建物はオートロックで、安全です。部屋も少し床に傷がありましたが気になるほどではありません。

快適でした。
当日の予約でしたが、予約成立後すぐに案内メールが来て、鍵の受け取りもポストからの取りだしだったので簡単でした。部屋はところどころ掃除の漏れがありましたが、それほど気にならないレベル。改善していただきたいのは座布団です。あまり清潔感もない極薄の小さな座布団だけで床に座るのはあまり居心地のいいものではありません。厚手のフロアクッションやビーズクッションなどに変えていただきたいと強く希望します。ベッドは硬さも程よく、ぐっすり眠れました。駅もすぐですし、すぐ近くに安いパーキングがあるので、車での訪問も便利です。

生活に必要なものは基本的に揃っているので 普通に自分家のように暮らせる。 洗濯機(洗剤付き)があったのが1番助かった。 お風呂も綺麗だった。 禁煙のはずだがベランダで喫煙してる人が多く、窓を開けておると臭いが入ってきたのが難点。

甲子園に応援に行く時に使わせてもらいました。他の口コミでティッシュがないとか床が薄い？とか確認してたので問題がなく、むしろ快適でした。アパートのワンルーム、それもほぼ新築の一室貸切でしたのでゆっくり休むことができました。やや不満があるとすれば、メールで地図やカギなどの情報をいただいたのですが、全文英語になっていたため、年配の方やスマホでない方には厳しいかも。私は大丈夫でしたが。あとお風呂に洗面器や腰掛けがなかったことですかね。でもないなりきに過ごせたので問題ないです。メールや動画なども理解できましたし。アーリーチェックイン、アウトのためフロントなどはありませんがわからないことは電話するとすぐに教えてくれたので対応も問題ありませんでした。
