hotel located near the train station and you can access to the shopping center in a minute. breakfast was ok. almost the same menu everyday, so I was little bored. but everything else was great 👍

Fabulous hotel

We loved everything about this Hotel and will stay there again when we next visit Japan. It is convenient for the station, very comfortable and the staff and service are exceptional. My husband had an accident during our stay that impacted his mobility so we needed taxis booking etc. The restaurant staff helped him every morning getting his buffet breakfast and everyone was just very accommodating. Thank you we will be back.

跟家人選擇入住尼崎 因為離好市多近入住當天是位男的實習生接待 有用日文跟翻譯 禮貌告知我們希望安靜的禁菸房 也因為入住六天 希望能有好景觀 跟家人一起吃宵夜至少能欣賞日本美景 沒想到給的完全被隔壁棟完全遮住 甚至是有別人的陽台對面 實習生要分配這房間也問過其他正式服務員 照片就是訂房多日給我們的景觀 另一間房間更糟糕 這是入住日本有史以來景觀最不佳的一間飯店 入住後 夜夜被唧唧唧的冷氣聲音吵醒 設備不佳 景觀更差勁 我姊姊的房間抽風機更是壞掉 浴室空氣濕度不佳 入住第三天 我們門口都有貼請勿打擾不用清潔 因為起床就出門 沒有天天鎖上行李 沒想到家人在房間 服務清潔人員直接闖入 後續詢問她們解釋是櫃檯交代 最後第三天因為母親突發狀況醫院發病危通知 告知飯店 飯店表示因為是透過Expedia下訂 一天的房費都不能退 已告知何時會退房 接下來由於沒有心情繼續行程都在房間休息 櫃檯連打兩次電話 一直詢問我們到底什麼時候退房 真的感覺非常糟糕 我們都付費了還有兩天房間使用權 也告知服務人員原因跟退房時間 一點同理心也沒有 尚且不斷打擾顧客 這間飯店 是永不會再住第二次 非常糟糕的服務跟經驗

日曜日なのもあると思いますが駅前なのにとても静かでした。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。京セラドームのライブ後の利用でしたが交通の便がよかったので選ばせて頂きました。
