Yes it looks a little shady to a foreigner but for ease to get to the station for Universal Studios, it's way convenient. FYI it's technically not 'manned' by a person so keep an eye on your email as it'll give you instructions on how to get into the building. The room was great although it took a little while to get warm.

Likes: room layout, comfortable beds (although pillows were very soft and barely there), shower water pressure, close to Namba city. Dislikes: dusty floor (though floorboards) and some towels have hair on it, lack of sound proofing within and outside of property - can hear people on streets talking at night, lack of assistance from.staff when in need (eg, booking taxi), loud wireless keypad/lock system - if one returns home late at night it disturbs others who are already sleeping.

Great to have two bedrooms and the projector was a nice addition. Cleanliness (dust mainly) could have been improved and some noise from the bar across the road, but not for very long each night. Beds were comfy. Two train station options available within easy walking distance.

Awesome place, but…
Hotel is very clean with great amenities, excellent sized room, and convenient location. Only problem is that there is no room to store luggage after check out, and the reception is rarely staffed so it can be difficult to make contact with anyone. Eventually we were able to organise storing our luggage at one of their sister hotels about 5-6 minutes up the road. Would still recommend

Quite a bit of walking distance from Namba station. Imagine to walk to and fro everyday. That is at least 1.5km everyday

난방시스템 점검이 필요함
숙소의 난방시스템이 계속 오류가 발생하여 추웠습니다. 직원이 조치를 취하고 나서도 같운 증상으로 난방을 제대로 가동하지 못했습니다.

部屋が汚かった 枕に髪の毛ついてた 電話しても対応出来るスタッフが居ないから空いてる部屋から取ってっていいよ って言われた。エアコンも効かなくて過ごしずらかった

コンサートの予定があり、宿泊しました。プロジェクターが設置されており、大画面で映像を楽しめるところがこのホテルの醍醐味の1つでもあると思います💚お部屋もとても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。

위치 좋음.
난바역, 구로몬 시장은 도보로, 토비타신치는 택시비 1000엔으로 이동하여서 편안함. 무인텔이어서 체크인, 룸 청소가 불편하지만 수건은 1층에 비치되어있어서 편리함 길 건너편 말고 반대편에 아주 맛있는 야키토리 집이있음.
