Very noisy, the hotel is located on the highway so expect never ending taffic noise 24/7. Police cars, ambulance and at night racing motorcycles. If you're ok with that, the staff is very nice and the rooms are ok too.

Wonderful little hotel, everything you need and very clean. Free coffee, drinks and ice cream until late and a nice simple baked breads some cereal selections for breakfast. Overall very convenient Namba station is approx 15min walk and area around is very safe, plenty to see and do.

Walking distance to Namba station. The free breakfast was good. Room was rather small. Hotel is not too close to the train stations for the city loop route (O). A bit noisy.

Great location. Alcohol drinks and other beverages included was fantastic. Only negative breakfast could have eggs and fruit . Would definitely return to this hotel

Friendly staff . Clean rooms . Close to metro . Rooms are quite big . Snacks and drinks are a nice touch . Having the option for laundry was wonderful too. Would stay here again.

The hotel room was very clean but very small and dated. It was fine for a night or two but wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. It was nice to have a simple breakfast included.

No complaints. The room was relatively large and very clean. It felt like an apartment. Very thoughtful amenities like free breakfast and free ice cream and alcohol in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was very quiet despite being next to a main road. 11 minute walk to nankai namba station for the airport train. 5 minute walk from the metro station. Large supermarket across the street and a large daigoku pharmacy next door with English, Korean, and Chinese speaking staff. My only suggestion is that they install towel bars as we could not find any good place to hang towels when having a shower.

Slightly disappointed when my partner and I knew that the hot spring bath facility was closed during that period, luckily there was a famous public bath nearby so we could enjoy the hot spring. The customer service and cleanliness is perfect, the freshly baked bread provided everyday is terrific. Nonetheless, the room is not sound-proof enough and busy traffic nearby. We purchased pairs of ear plugs to handle it.

Great value for money
Room was comfortable and clean. The free ice cream, coffee, drinks & breakfast was lovely. We even did laundry here! It is a little bit farther away from all the action (15+mins walk), but was nice and quiet for sleeping

great accommodation for the price. i paid around 6,800¥ for one night (3pm-10am). a lot of free stuff. all you can eat bread at breakfast, all you can drink beverages ( free alcoholic drinks at night time). all people on the front desk are very friendly and helpful. foreigner friendly, elderly friendly (they have elevator) 👍 highly recommend this place

Older, well-maintained property 10 min walk from Namba Station. Easy, quick, friendly check-in, clean, comfortable room. Excellent fresh-baked bread for breakfast (bread is actually baked in the kitchen of the breakfast room!). Many restaurants and convenience stores within 1-2 blocks. Room is good size by Japanese standards, and had everything we needed for two adults. Very pleasantly surprised we received this quality for the price we paid, and would def stay again when in Osaka.

Spacious & good location
Room was very spacious for Japanese standards and for the price paid. Short walk from Daikokucho station, also within walking distance to Namba and Osaka-Namba station which was handy for a day trip to Nara. There's well priced laundry facilities on the second floor (¥200 wash, ¥100 for 30m drying), a communal area with a free light breakfast (various breads, croissants, cereal and a waffle maker), complimentary drinks & ice cream until late and a microwave. Recommended

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in! So many convenience stalls and food restaurants that open past midnight around the area so you will never go hungry. Free breakfast every day is so amazing and it is of really good standard! The best part of this hotel is its staff who are extremely friendly and diligent in their work. On one occasion, the free ice cream had run out in the dining area and I informed the staff. The staff acted immediately and made sure everyone had ice cream to eat! Really recommend it! the train station which is 5mins on foot from the hotel is also so convenient as it is a direct line to popular train stops like Umeda and Shin-osaka

The hotel was very clean, check in and checkout was easy. There was luggage storage, so when we got there early, we left our luggage and walked around the area. Staff is very nice and greets you each time you enter or leave. There's one elevator but it was usually not very crowded. Location of the hotel is around 15 mintues from Namba city, a large shopping mall that is connected to Namba station. Around 20-25 mintues from Dontobori.

Good location: close to train/subway & family mart. Walkable to Dotonbori. Free breakfast with delicious breads from 7am- 9:30am & also free drinks and ice cream from 7am- 10pm. My family loves it. Washer and dryer onsite are another extra bonus for customers.

Free Bread is delicious. Each person is limited to take 3 pieces. However, we see something funny. a couple take away 10 pieces or more into his backpack after having their full breakfast there.many people stare at them sometimes. We stayed for 10 days at this hotel. The location was very convenient with a Family Mart just beside it and plenty of restaurants and shopping places around, as well as train stations. We also like the fact our room had a balcony and had an independent toilet and shower area both with door which is good when sharing the room with other members of your family. Additionally, there was like a small kitchenette area with a sink and some closet space. They also provided us with clean bath robes and towels every day. The breakfast was decent with a wide variety of delicious types of bread and free drinks and ice cream during the day. The only cons were the size of the beds. We slept a little tied, otherwise it was perfect.

Osaka shopping trip
It was the cheapest of our two weeks trip but I'd say overall consideration is the best value for my money. Close to Namba, metro station, fine simple breakfast, and very spacious room for a couple (a bit retro in fitting and bed size on the smaller side, but good Aircon for the summer heat). Was disappointed there wasn't any on site public bath though. For shopping and Osaka sightseeing though, this site was amazingly good.

It's a very good hotel and the room is quite comfortable, but above all, the staff is professional and very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent with the nearest train station about a 10 min walk away. It's another 15 minute walk to Dontonbori as well. There are like three Family Marts around the corner too and inexpensive eateries scattered nearby. I high recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I'm ever back in Osaka.

This hotel was presented as having a spa facilities. As such I opted to pay a bit extra for spa access. I was very disappointed to find the spa was closed and has been since 2021. Yet it is still advertised on the website as having a spa. All the free ice cream and soda did not make up for this. Other than that, the staff were nice and it was handy for local shops.

Me and my partner overall enjoyed our stay in this property and if we were to visit Osaka again, will definitely consider staying here again. Osaka was the last destination in our trip and we particularly like the size of the rooms compare to other places we had stayed at in Japan. There is enough on the floor to have opened three large luggages which was useful to us as we planned a lot of shopping in the last days of our trip.

No Onsen at Hotel but many other great amenities
Spent 4 nights here recently and really enjoyed our stay. 1st OFF the Onsen that it was advertised to have is NOT in use since 2020 so keep that in mind, we were a little bummed about that. BUT the great things about this hotel. They have 3 washers/dryers which is convenient. They have FREE ice cream bar/coffee machine available and Free freshly baked bread every morning. The baked bread here rivaled a lot of high-end bakeries ive had back home. And some evenings Free all you can drink alcohol as well. The staff was wonderful even though I dont speak Japanese and the location was great. Walking distance to so much shopping and eating places, near Dotonbori. Pro tip: request a lower floor so you wont wait so long for the elevator. The room was a good size room for japan.

The hotel is near Dotonbori market, where we can get the best food in OSAKA. We also liked its coffee/ tea/ Ice cream being served all day for free :-). The only negative was the road next to the hotel is a bit noisy sometimes.

The property is in good area. It is quite in the night, close to big supermarket and beside convenient store. They offer bread buffet every morning 7.00-9.30 am. really delicious. The place is near namba station and den den town just 5-10 minutes walk. The only thing I don't like about this place is they don't have any Clothes racks inside the bath. If you come alone, it is not a problem but I came with my friend, I have to come out naked to grab towel from mini kitchen outside the bath.
