「Very good air-conditioning which ran in the day even if you left. Good soundproofing - you can hear the tram but it doesn't disrupt at all. Nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Overall a comfortable stay.」

「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of...

「We loved the free coffee bar, we used it everyday. The breakfast was also pretty good. It had the regular food such as scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, juices, hard boiled eggs and coffee. We had the one bedroom suite which was wonderful and had everything that we would need. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.」

「Love the reception girls… very informative and knows exactly their jobs and also to where at what to ride going to the city proper」

「The b & b situates in a quiet street. Though not in the town centre, it is close enough to the railway station and bus stop to go to Duomo, the centre of attraction of Milan conveniently. The interior is elegantly decorated, and the facilities and supplies in the room are good enough. The unavailability of a reception counter may be an inconvenience, however, the communication with the manager before arriving are effective in facilitating checking in. Lastly some alerting reminder: 1) there is...

「Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear.」

「員工服務，住宿環境、早餐都很好 希望下次可以有機會再造訪這間飯店」

「Precio calidad muy bueno」

「When you arrive at the B&B, there is no one there to greet you. You ring the bell, say who you are and you are buzzed in. No words spoken. Your key is on a table. We entered the room and it was decent sized and appeared fairly clean (more on this later). As about a 1/2 hour my wife said, “it seems like a bunch of “dudes” run this place.” And she was right…. There is an incredible lack of attention to detail —- no glasses in the room,no bottled water in the room (although there are bottles of...

「非常奈斯的体验 ，好评」

「24 hours check in was really helpful as we arrived around 1am did to delayed flight. Very helpful staff,」

「We stayed in Room 9, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. It's a little far away from the metro station but within managable walking distance.」

「Close to 20 minute walk to Central station, not too close, but can do with luggage. Bathroom is newly decorated while the rest are nice and clean. People at 24 hour desk is nice and helpful. Got a slow elevator but it’s much better then without.」

「房間隔音差，自來水起初帶有泥黃色，喉管間中帶有臭味，座厠過矮，沒有面紙。酒店位置不近巿中心。職員有禮貌，床鋪整潔，有拖鞋提供。」

「 The warm and welcoming atmoshere created by your staff made me feel right at home. the attention to detail in the room, the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is excellence.」
