Ana at the concierge was incredibly helpful in recommending a fantastic local restaurant and provided impeccable service during breakfast on August 23. The cleanliness and comfort of our room were also outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking city view from our window as well as the meticulous care provided by the housekeeping staff. "I stayed at the hotel for a few days after being released from the hospital after surgery on a broken ankle. I stayed while waiting for my travel insurance to arrange transportation back home in the United States. The staff were all so nice and helpful since it was not easy for me to get around. Someone was always willing to help me fix a plate at breakfast since I was using a walker and could not carry anything. And they did it with a smile!"
