Great

I messaged them with a few questions and they were very quick to respond. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. They have free laundry on site which was a bonus but unfortunately the dryer didn’t work well. We did make sure to empty the water, like they have posted, but sadly they still came out damp after 3hrs. Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend!

Hagkaup (grocery store) and gas station just behind the apartment . Very useful and came in handy, lots of locals in the building that were also visiting Akureyri. Didn’t use the hot tub but many were using it and looked great to enjoy . Area was clean and self check in process was very easy. Pots, pans, cutlery/utensils, microwave, knives, ladles, and a bunch of other utensils were provided. Plates and bowls, mugs, tea and coffee as well as salt pepper and oil which became useful so we wouldn’t haven’t to spend money on oil and seasonings for cooking. Short walk to shopping and food nearby like where the H&M is, also short drive to city center

stay was ok. the shower door did not close properly. ppl in the hot tub outside were loud. kinda in commercial area. walking distance to 24hr grocery store, which is a rarity in Iceland. most grocery stores close at 8!

Nice space but HOT

Apartment decor was fresh and nice. On arrival it was very hot inside. Outside temps mid 60s F. But Cleaner had left heater on in bathroom and shades up on windows facing sun. No fans or AC in unit and only 1 of 4 windows in main space can open and only a little. 2 nights were bith hot. To make matters worse bedding was only thick comforters, no sheets at all.

Perfectly clean - very well equipped - amazing coffee machine and warm and comfortable. Even managed to see the Aurora from the bedroom window one evening. The only negative was finding the actual entrance on the first day which is actually on the road behind Tryggvabraut street !!

Prima appartement met alles er op en eraan. Binnen was het wel warm, waardoor er een raam open moest, war lawaai van het verkeer veroorzaakte
