The location was great but there were some maintenance issues that should be addressed. Electrical hazard in the downstairs bathroom, peeling paint in another bathroom, stain sheets and overall not as clean as expected for the price.

The town house was cleaned and spacious for our party. Close to theme parks in Orlando. It definitely has cozy and welcoming feel away from home.
