The room was absolutely disgusting the beds weals brown with dirt. I asked to see the room first thank God it wasn’t ready

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Pool only open until 8pm was not good. Pool should open until 10 pm or so. Stairwells had cigarette butts all in them.

Very small rooms. Hot water does not last. Bathroom needs updated badly. Bathroom very small. Maid services took dirt towels but did not replace them. Opened the drawers and a roach came out at me. Alot of money spent but not worth the amount of money.

Good hotel

The hotel is under renovations so the mornings were noisier than I would have hoped. This also meant that the business office was closes when the desk clerk was on the grounds over seeing the project. That being said, it was nice, clean and the staff did everything they could to appease their guests.

It took 2 1/2 hours to check in. Hard to understand each other because of language barrier. Wanted to charge my credit card even though it was prepaid. Had to change rooms because a crazy party of bad people were above the room assigned to us. Very ghetto.
