I like the hotel. Very modern and clean. I was just a little disappointed to the pool as it wasn’t heated and we were planning on using it but it was freezing.

This place was awesome. Stayed for three nights with a baby and a toddler. Super clean. Cleaning services were prompt and very well done. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Had a couple high school sports teams come through. They were a bit rowdy in the gym area and were a bit loud in the evening hours, but the staff handled them well. Will definitely return to this location when we come back to the area.

Nice, clean, well appointed room. Great staff, good area. Even with my spinal issues, the bed was Fabulously comfortable, and the sheets were wonderfully soft.

Was a great weekend stay. Staff was amazing. Even maintenance guy brought my girls a bunch of pool toys & floats to play with. Super thoughtful! Loved the shopping & food choices.

Great Experience
Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Definitely a go to especially with little ones the rooms have a nice kitchenette set up minus the stove. Hope they stay this way so we can return in our next trip!

El aire acondicionado del cuarto 428 no funcionaba se apaga cada 15 minutos y si no lo prendias se quedaba apagado el primer lo arreglaron luego los otros 8 dias no pude descansar bien con calor

Nice clean well laid out rooms with a small kitchenette. The room felt spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. Nice variety for breakfast and a plus is the free parking. Close to all major roads. We are females and felt safe. Quiet neighborhood. They do accept pets so u might hear a bark but it didn’t really bother us as we were out most of the time and we did not hear them during the night.

If You Have Animal Allergies Skip
My star rating is a mixed bag. I love Home2...however pet-friendly took on new meaning. The rooms are carpeted and for anyone with allergies (wife) forget it. We had to change hotels. The staff is tremendous and courteous. Just know every room will have remnants of pets. It is what it is. The other two issues: no hot water for an 8am shower (have not experienced that in a hotel in a while); breakfast set-up is horribly inefficient. I stay in places which offer it and it was just poorly organized.

Best in the UCF area
Great Hotel. Best in the area having stayed at most in the UCF area. Great size rooms, great amenities, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

I don’t usually write reviews but this hotel exceeded my family’s expectations. Impressed with the spacious & contemporary room design, comfortable beddings, kitchenette, friendly staff, cleanliness and the small details such as cleaning wipes/ make up remover/ multiple charging outlets/ privacy curtain divider. Restaurants within walking distance just literally in front of the hotel. Highly recommended

Housekeeping manager was rude and front desk not helping. I put do not disturb sing i went to buy a coffee when i come back the housekeeping was making my room because the room was vacant. But I didn’t make check out i have some stuff in the bathroom and time was 1055 and my check out time was 12 noon. Housekeeping manager said they already clean the room and i cant used again BUT I NEVER MAKE CHECK OUT and the front desk offered only a bottle of water I want its my room until the time i have right. They didn’t returned my room and ether my money. They have to learn customer service.
