We stayed at this property 5/13 - 5/17/24; 4 nights. The house was ok overall. There were 4 of us staying in the 5 bedroom house, so there was plenty of room to be comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. The whole check in/check out experience was wonderful and easy. We were able to check in a little early so that was very nice because we had just come off of a cruise ship in Cape Canaveral but really had nowhere to go in between. Cleaning could have been better. There were some cobwebs in the corners of all the rooms and there were these tiny insects (no seeums?) on the kitchen counters, bedroom dressers and nightstands, so we had to be careful to not leave any food on the counters. There were some areas in need of repair, i.e. in the upstairs master bathroom; and the blinds in the living room were missing some of the panels. The biggest issue was that we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated for the duration of our stay but the water was cold the whole time, so we were not able to use those amenities. When I texted customer service, they were quick to respond; however, they kept insisting that the heat was on when it was clearly not. I had to request a refund 3 times before they said they would issue it.

Ample room for everyone beautifulproperty .problems : sister s bathroom a lot of hair in tub. No controlers for playstation worked except for the one my son fixed. Hot tub jets not working until last day there that was mentioned asap when we got there . son and new wife s bed was broken they ended up putting couch cushions on floor to sleep . step to my grandson s bunk bed was missing screw so it was wiggling. Out of all that I got a thanks for letting them so they could address it for the next group

Poor customer experience

Had problems staying on this house from the beginning until the end. When we arrived at the house the code given to me was incorrect, I called on working hrs Sunday and no one answered, 1.5 hrs later they answered me and sent the correct code. The house, was not properly clean in special the bathrooms floors and the external area (floors and tables) which was a concern for us as we were with two young babies. To conclude the isse the property charged me USD69 from my security deposit for a "stained table cloth" (USD5, we can easily by the same for usd1.25 in dollar store) and a suppose damage in one of the beds. We were in 5 adults and 2 babies in a 5 bedrooms house. We used only three bedrooms and they did not send pictures of the damage by email when I requested. They sent an accessible picture that I could not open in their internal link message box. I already connected with my bank to receive dispute the charge. Really poor customer experience.

My family and I loved our stay. Everything is very clean and modern. We loved that it has its own private pool. There was nothing we didnt like about our stay. It is a peaceful and safe area not too far from the stores. Its well equipped with pans for cooking. We will deffinately try to book there again.
