「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「This property have not given back my deposit for the night I stated. When I checked out I wasn't asked for my debit card to get my deposit back. She just told me to make sure I came to the desk to check out. The first room I got the tv didn't work and she basically was calling me a liar. She did change my room but only after she argued with me that no body else complained about the tv and she said she was in that room watching it. Worst frigging experience ever man」

「Room door wouldn’t open after many tries. Then the hotel receptionist also had trouble and she said the lock was old. Eventually, it opened. Tap in bathroom sink needed 2 hands to open. Very tight to turn. Toilet kept running for about 25 minutes after each flush, therefore could not flush each time, especially at night. The back door to the hotel had no lock at all so anyone could come in and go right into the reception area or else go right upstairs to the 2 nd floor. Very unsafe for everyone....

「I was in a car accident otw to the hotel. When I couldn't get there as a result, they refused to refund my money. I called right away..they had time to rent it to someone else...but they refused.」
