「We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed」

I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!」

「The room was clean and the staff were awesome!! However, the hotel could use some TLC in the lobby area. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and elevator. The fan in the bathroom needs to fixed. Also, they just need to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.」

「This was a great experience for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended transportation to Pine Knob so we didn’t have wait in traffic or look for parking. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good. The room was very nice, very clean, well appointed, and made great use of the space. We will definitely stay there again」
