「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

「Delightful hotel with newly renovated rooms and a very nice lobby area with a lounge/library, bar, breakfast bar and sitting area. Small but adequate fitness center. Serafina restaurant opens into hotel for evening dining. Close to Zabars and Fairway and loads of local shops on Broadway and Amsterdam. Amsterdam from 79th to 96th is full of great restaurants and local bars. Heart of the Upper Westside. 」
