「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「The property was spotless from end to end. Located along the river, there was nice seating along the river as well as a dock. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very modern with spacious rooms and other accommodations. Very impressed with this place. We will definitely return.」

「This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.」

She kept going above and beyond to ask if we had everything we need or if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. 「Beautiful and historical B&B, with all the conveniences of today, The jacuzzi tub was unexpected and wonderful without taking from the charm. Breakfast delivered felt extra special and beyond delicious. Property and rooms well maintained and clean. Kelly and Ray provide a welcoming, cozy and friendly place to stay if you are in the area. Or even, close by, it is worth the few extra minutes to Whistling Straits Golf Course and surrounding properties . I will definitely stay again.」

「Stayed here with family. Enjoyed the pool and walking to shops and coffee in the morning. Cute room and nice boardwalk and view of the harbor. Had to get a parking pass and park across the street since their lot was full but not a big deal. I’d stay again!」
