「Well first of all I booked a room with a pool view. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the pool was broke. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked there. It did not say anywhere on their website that their pool was broke. Second of all the check-in person accidentally charged my credit card $3,000. My room was already paid for Via Expedia. The only credit card information he needed what for accidentals and he charged at $3,000 on accident. Then he refers to charges...

「Beautiful location. Rooms are somewhat outdated and the a/c is VERY loud. The lake is gorgeous and makes up for a lot. Everyone was very efficient.」

「Nice people to deal with at the property. It fit our needs. They had information printed out for TV and basics. Had micro and fridge. No iron or blow dryer in room- they had an iron available for us in office. Small area, but worked. Did not have time to do beach- we were at Copperstown all day for grandson. 「When my friend and I got there the man at the desk claimed he only had a king for us (although I already booked two queens) but I got him to admit he had the room He said the tv was broken but it wasn't he probably just wanted more money out of us Also had to give a one hundred dollar deposit "in case we broke something" hopefully I'll get that back within the 48 hours he said I would」

「Beautiful view, Excellent Staff. Room was very clean with deck nearby to enjoy boats and views of the lake and landscape. Breakfast bar was hit accessible coffee all day. Will be back, strongly recommend! Plenty of privacy and met great guests! Thank you!」
