「Great hotel that is close to everything. Staff is very friendly 」

「Our stay was so lovely! From the lobby to the rooms, everything was designed to make you feel you were in another part of the world, so charming! Staff were unbelievably kind. Me and my wife stayed during the Hozier rescheduled concert July 22. I called ahead to see if we would be able to check in early, due to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena's ongoing issues, and the staff worked with us to make sure we could check in at 11AM. 「this was a great find it had a fridge and a microwave plus it included breakfast. Gary, the breakfast attendant did a great job and was very attentive.」

「The only complaint I have is the first night. Whoever was on staff at the front desk.Was very snappy and rude. I asked a simple question about the pool and got a very snappy rude response. Also, it would have been nice to have been able to swim on sunday, but the pool was closed. Everything else about our stay wass five star.」

「The property was acceptable and at a good price. The office area smelled like cigarette smoke, which should be unacceptable. An air freshener would have helped eliminate the smell. There were air freshener plug ins in the outlets but they were empty.」

「Everything was great, I really should give 5 stars for everything cause your people looked like they were busting their humps! We just had a long day in the heat and the family was crabby and ready to relax immediately, which made me crabby. I’m sorry you guys were short staffed that day? From what I saw they did the best they could, but we had to wait a couple hours to check in! So we were the crabby inpatient ones, you guys did great!」

「The property was clean location was good you are 15 minutes away from all major attractions and downtown. The staff is very accommodating and the free breakfast is hot fresh and good. I would recommend this location to family and friends and next time we are in Branson we will stay at this location for sure if available. 」
