I was first informed of an additional pet fee of $20 per. I accepted the fee which I found to be reasonable. Then I was told there were no king rooms which were pet friendly and I had to take a full size bed. I explained that was impossible to accept and assured the manager the dogs would not be left alone at anytime in the room so he put us in a king room. The room is musty with the bathroom being full of mold. The furniture is all dirty and damaged. Bugs in the bathroom. Bed is very strange as it sits on a steel plate on top of a metal frame. Breakfast area not accommodating, we ate elsewhere. I would recommend Expedia to take this facility off your website!

The Taco Bell down the road was tasty... And the Police Department is right next store. I felt secure and the place was clean and comforting.

Everything was clean. Cigarette burn on duvet in a Non smoking room. Bed did make a good bit of noise, but comfortable. Website says there is a Sauna but Front desk did not know anything about it. Overall it was quiet, clean, convenient, and the price was good.

This is more for Expedia to stop robbing customers. I had paid for a reservation and received confirmation numbers. My in laws attempted to check in a day later because of cancer treatments running a day later than planned. However, the hotel said there was no reservation. Complete bunk and shame on Expedia for taking $225 of my money!

I'll put up with a lot. But the mattresses were truly bad. But I'll put up with a bad mattress- the thing that kept me up all night was that the beds are on a metal platform. Every time you move (or the guy in the room above you), it sounds like someone just pounded on the sheet metal they used to use to imitate thunder.

A good place to rest your head.
This hotel is a very nice place to stop and rest your head when there is lots of snow on the road or just tired on the road. There is also walkale distances to go and eat like Taco Bell, Subway, Scooters, and Burger King. Service is great too. Friendly people you will meet in and at front desk too.

Old, old, old! Needs temporarily shut down for a refresher, BIG time! AmericInn’s are a “go to” of mine while traveling. I stayed at this same spot 10 yrs. ago & it was very fine. I’m taking pics of my room. I haven’t slept all night. The only clean thing in here & thank God, is the sheets/bedding. The bathroom sink has been clogged since I walked in & washed my hands. It’s a.m. now & the sink is near full & particles are coming up from the drain. I will NOT even brush my teeth in this sink this morning. The tv hasn’t worked probably all night. This is bad…

The hotel was ok. Bathroom smelled like urine. The workout room needed a new treadmill. Breakfast was not great. No tea bags, scrambled eggs or breakfast meat. Would not stay here again.

This was a very good & pleasant stay. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! I really liked the fact that the whole family was involved in some way in running the hotel. All were friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Deep Cleaning Needed
The room I stayed in needed a good deep cleaning. The air conditioner inside was caked in dust, and the control panel was pretty grimy with dirty fingerprints. Other than that, the beds were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the service was decent.

The check in process was horrible. The computer system wouldn’t process my main card, which i have never had an issue with of any kind. I had to offer a second card which the system took forever to process. I was almost ready to walk out when the system finally processed a card. The check in person could not offer me a receipt and could not quote me a room charge amount. In morning the staff was extremely sour acting. they stared at me Like i was a criminal, glaring at me almost accusing me of something i didn’t do.( Again, I could not get a printed receipt from the check out desk.) They all acted absolutely miserable. Nobody said anything, no greeting, no smile. Nothing A huge concern was a red swastika painted on the concrete pad to the right of the main entrance door. it was about 6” across. I won’t be staying at AmericInn again.

Major dampness and mold issues. Do not stay in a room that is humid! Hotel does not have central air so each room has individual ac units. Problem is, when we walked into our room, room 223, even though the window unit was on high and pumping out cold air, it was humid. We could feel and smell that it was damp. We asked the very rude front desk manager to move rooms and instead he walked us back to our room and tried to convince us nothing was wrong. He refused to move us. When we pulled the desk chair out, there were large mold spores all over it. We demanded that he move us rooms. I wish it wasn’t so late and we could have just left but we needed sleep. The next room was much better but I never felt comfortable and after 5 hours of barely sleeping, we left.

This is usually my go to place. Now its not. They didnt used to make you pay a deposit now they do, i barely got sleep with all the yelling, slamming doors and also the front desk staff was almost in a physical altercation with a guest. That is not professional. The housekeepers wake you up super early when you want to sleep in. I won't be back.

This property is not up to Wyndham standards. There has been some renovaion attempted but it is not well done or complete. The hallways and doors are very marred and the hotel does not feel well taken care of. I would not return or recommend.

Booked a 2 queen room. When I arrived at the property I was informed they didn't have any of these rooms left. I was given a King room with a pullout. I asked for a rollaway bed as well and was told that was a $15 up charge. I relented and said OK. When I reached the room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The pull out bed was covered in old corn flakes. There was no roll away. We contacted the front desk and were informed they didn't not have any roll aways... We asked for an extra set of linens so we could make a bed on the floor. We were given sheets and a blanket, but no pillow. We were told they didn't have anymore pillows, so had to use towels.
