「Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. Margo makes it seem effortless but...

「Soon after my father's unexpected passing we contacted the hotel with a request for a refund.  We sent several messages and left a phone message explaining the circumstances and that we had to fly home.  We eventually received a message stating that they would not refund our stay even though there was 2 weeks to re-rent it to someone else.  We understand that it was within their rights to not refund our money. Our experience though was that each and every hotel besides this one had compassion...

「Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. To reach the bathroom I...

8/10 不錯哦
"Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay."
