"Great area with lots of shops, cafes, and salons. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and multi lingual. Rooms are super comfortable with black out drapes and soundproof windows. We slept well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Hot entre choices, bread,cereal, cold meats and cheese, cappuccino, fresh juices. The perfect way to start our day. We will definitely return."

"First class customer service upon check in. Greeted with a welcome chilled tea drink upon check-in. Katie was so friendly and she definitely set the tone for my entire stay. It’s within walking distance to a few restaurants, bars, and attractions in Miraflores. Highly recommended!"

"The new facilities are well located for foodies and shoppers. We didn't try the breakfast, as we prefer having ours at Silvestre, a great healthy vegan restaurant just steps from the hotel. We didn't explore the spa, but we did use the jacuzzi, which was only warm and never heated properly. The gym equipment was of high quality, although the gym space itself was a bit cramped. Regarding staff, we found them to be somewhat formal; the reception felt quite serious during check-in, almost like a 'robotic' experience. An exception was Andres, the doorman, who was always cheerful and helpful, guiding us to attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience. Note: Please use the lobby's ambient aromatizer sparingly, as it causes a strong chemical sensation in my throat whenever I pass through. "Me gustó. Lo único que no me gustó fue la disposición del baño. Tampoco me gustó la calidad de la tabla del sanitario, era de un plástico barato que tampoco bajaba lento. La iluminación del baño debe mejorar para poder afeitarse mejor. La televisión era pequeñoma y la calidad de imagen horrible. Me gustó tener una Nespresso en mi habitación, lo aprecio. Todo limpio, habitación silenciosa, tenía todo lo que precisé. Personal atento, restaurante correcto. Desayuno rico. Faltaría mejorar y sumar opciones de panificación."
