Rooms were clean beds were comfortable and staff was great. AC was perfect and breakfast was better than I expected at this price point. However, it seemed as if the property is much older than photos suggest and the rooftop bar had prices that exceeding many bars like it in the USA. Also too many doormen standing around the entrance smoking cigarettes, although they were helpful.

• bring some cash for tips (I had 3 legs & was looking forward to rest but was rattled when I was asked for ‘propinas’ and I was just assisted from the elevator up) • no airport shuttle available • 70 soles min for cab to the airport, so I took the Uber— paid 44 soles + tips • staff are friendly, price for the IRD is decent • nice sky bar
