Amazing customer service - Bruno and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very clean room, beds super comfortable. Amazing rooftop pool. Probably best breakfast we had during our stay in Peru.

10/10 starts for the Staff! The courtesy, happily answering all my questions, some orientation I needed, explaining all amenities; Alfredo was amazing; room spotless and super comfortable bed with like 6 pillows which I LoVe! Also great restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and also had my dinner one night as I was too tired to go out. Great cocktails also! Loved my stay here.

This is a nice hotel to stay in for business in San Isidro. Good restaurant in and around the property. Staff is very friendly and welcoming to travelers.

Unfortunately the airline lost our luggage and we were greatly delayed a the airport, so got in near midnight and had to leave relatively early the next AM. But we enjoyed our short time there; it was clean, safer, and quiet and the ultra modern rooms were very nice. The buffet breakfast was about the best we have ever had anywhere. The staff were gracious and professional.

This is the second time that I am staying at this hotel and like the first, I had a nice stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nadia did a nice job with the check in and Carlos and Carolyn in the restaurant are a pleasure to interact with. The area that the hotel is located in is great to walk around with a shopping center close by. I liked and used the gym at the hotel. I highly recommend Casa Andina Premium Isidro and would stay at this hotel on future visits to Lima.

All is nice except rooms don't have drawers to keep clothes.that is very uncomfortable as you have to keep your clothes on the bags..just shelves not enough for a two people room..

There is a nothing special VIP service. And tax issue is still unsolved that I am not admitted to pay due to VISA letting me stay for max 6 months. Besides that kind of experience, room is a neat and clean!

Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour. Breakfast is good, it could be better. Room and bed are excellent. Pool is warm = Excellent Gym = basic however can do the exercises I need Overall , really liked the hotel = excellent
