"The staff are very nice and helpful but a lot of them are taking breaks right in front of the hotel and smoking. This is throughout the day suing my 3 night stay. Everything else is very nice. "

"I sent one of my techs to this property, very little staff, rooms were smoked in which caused him not to be able to sleep. He told me this is the worst Hotel he has ever stayed in. If Hotels allow smoking in the rooms it should be mentioned in the adds."

"The lotion and shampoo was mostly used that they give you there was stuff all inside of the bathtub. The only thing that was actually good about this hotel was their breakfast. The room smelled like cigarettes and there’s no smoking on the door you smelled like marijuana in the hallways. "

"No housekeeping for 5 night stay. Had to take out our own trash and was hard to get a garbage bags. Had to ask for toilet paper, no services. No, I did not have a hang tag on the door. The staff at the front desk kept asking me if I had a hang tag. Is this normal question for an excuse?? 200 dollar nights is outrageous for this hotel. Staff smoking right outside of the front doors, had to ask them to move to get out the door. Never stay at this hotel or recommed it. We travel alot and never had this experience. "

"This property is under construction so there is no access to certain parts of it. The fitness room is not open and the elevator is not working. There was also issues with smoking in the rooms but the staff was responsive when notified of the issue. Staff is helpful and friendly but due to current condition of property we probably won't stay again until it is finished with the remodel."

"Don't be fooled by the pictures on the Hotels.com website, the hotel is very dated, the pool was coverd/closed, the 1st room they assigned us had a dirty and running toilet. The 2nd room the sink fauset was dirty and had calcium build up on it, the corners of the bathroom floor had dirt build up like no one swept the corners, the top of the fiberglass tub enclosure had dirt, dust and hair on it. And best of all most of the "clean" towels were stained "
