「Staff brilliant, location good, breakfast hit and miss. This is not a hotel but a restaurant with rooms. No room safe, no reception desk However it is in a good position for the Wallace tower and museum (walkable) also very near the university. Breakfast is brought to you in a basket the night before and left outside your room. Unfortunately our second night no breakfast arrived for following morning there is no one onsite until later in the morning . I did find the cleaner and she was able to...
