「Für uns mit der Bahn Anreisende war die Lage ideal. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, es gibt wohl auch einen Parkplatz oder eine Tiefgarage. Das kleine Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einem Platz mit Verkaufsständen des Weihnachtsmarktes. Unser Zimmer war in einen Innenhof ausgerichtet und deswegen sehr ruhig. 「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「Wir haben das Hotel sehr gut gefunden und haben uns Zimmer schon früher bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken für 18€ am Tag ist schon sehr happig! Die Sauberkeit ging. Von der Ausstattung hm. Doppelzimmer mit einem Zahnputzbecher, als Getränk ein Tetrapack Wasser ohne Gläser und kein Schrank im Zimmer? Wenn man nur ein Nacht bleibt OK, aber für mehrere Tage ist es zu überlegen.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

"If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and it got fixed during my last night. In general, it is just ok to stay, price is also reasonable. But you can get a better one when add a little bit more for staying close to town."
