"I specifically picked this hotel because it had gym. I’m a huge gym rat and I like to work out on vacations. But when I got to the location, the gym was closer repairs and I wasn’t notified before I checked in, or before I booked. I thought the apartment/hotel was darling and clean, but I wouldn’t have picked it I known it did not have an operational gym. Also, the showers need shower curtains. The same glass pain doesn’t block water from getting everywhere. "

"The hotel was overbooked and they couldn’t give us the room we had asked for which resulted in a member of my party having to sleep in a sofa bed. When we went down with our bags to the front desk, the woman there asked me “if I had ever booked a twin room before” implying that I didn’t know what I was talking about and should be happy with my room. We left and came back to the issue fixed but it totally ruined the first night and morning of our trip. I won’t ever be booking with them again. "
