「This is easily the worst hotel room I have lived in. The room was not cleaned properly, there was trash from the last guest left in the room in both the room trash can and toilet trash can. Managed to find 2 different types of bugs in the room. The free bottle of water smelled bad and had dust on the lid. The mattress wasn't even flat/broken where me and my partner slept. The room itself looked nice and the staff were really helpful. The only saving grace was the self service laundry across the...

「櫃檯態度不佳 其他都很滿意」

「I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.」

「What a great stay. Excellent location.」

「beautiful hotel」

「Very good」

「The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! 」

「Easy check in and check out - staff was great at communication. Great central location to shopping and restaurants and close to the trams - would definitely stay here again」

「A very unique, comfortable and well-designed apartment in an excellent location! The space is actually larger than it appears in photographs. The bed is perfectly comfortable. The shower is awesome. Very easy access codes for entry and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. The building itself is located in a super cool neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, museums, city plazas and parks within minutes of the front entrance. We could not have asked for a better experience!」

「Leuke moderne kamer, perfect voor een nachtje. Vriendelijke staff. Het raam open laten om te slapen was geen optie want dan heb je veel te veel lawaai, hierdoor werd het wel warm ‘s nachts. We zouden zeker terug komen.」

「Everything about this property was amazing! The location, the room, and especially the host! Best hotel in Antwerp! We loved our stay here.」
