Schick :)

Access is difficult. Reception is on the 7th floor and you have to ring the doorbell and wait up to 10 minutes for the door to open. Don’t plan on getting your room early. We arrived at 11 and waited 4 hours. Room was spacious with balcony.

Decent Hotel and spacious room. Nice kitchen with all the essentials you will need. Bed was really comfortable. Only complaint is that carpet, sofa and bathroom definitely need an upgrade. Not enough light in the bathroom.

A nice base from which to explore Antwerp. It's close to the Station and the main shopping areas of the city so it's really easy to get around. The room was good, with a comfy bed but (and it's no fault of the hotel) it was quite noisy in the street and that was quite audible in the room even with the windows shut. The only downside was the check in process. There were two people on the desk, while one was dealing with a customer the other pretty much ignored us until the previous custome.rh ad left, which was a bit of an inconvenience

It was a great location close to the train station. The room was nice but a bit dusty and windows were dirty. however we were highly disappointed when on morning 1 of a 5 night stay we asked for more coffee pods and we were told only one coffee pod per stay , if we wanted coffee we would have to come to the reception area to get our coffee. We had to find a place to purchase our own pods. Staff was nice when speaking to them however in passing as we came and went for the day they did not acknowledge with even a simple hello. Would I stay there again NO !!! because of the denial of a 25 cent coffee pod

Great comfy main bed but the fold out couch bed had a piece of foam that was so thin you could feel the springs through it. Also the cover didn't fit the foam it had dead bugs on it. The wall paper was peeling off and building smelt damp. Not sure what the smell was in the entrance foyer but it wasnt nice. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was very tasty and the hotel was in great walking distance to everything. There is an amazing fish d vegetarian restaurant opposite the hotel which I highly recommend.
