「Guy at front desk was listening to an audio book and it took us quite awhile to get his attention to check in. But once we did he was very nice and apologetic. Everything else was great.」

Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」
