"Staff was rude when checking in. Place is very old and needs lots of work. Doors don’t work properly, floors are covered with oil or something, puddles of water under the sink, outlets don’t work. Just don’t spend your money on this place. I felt very unsafe there even with a security guard walking around. "

"I had a great stay. However, Spring breakers knocked on my door at 2:30am and then 5:00am. Really loud!! Totally messed my sleep up. Overall I had a good stay ! "

"Very busy hotel. Check-in process was chaotic and we waited in restaurant for a long time. The lady at the front desk said she would call us when it was ready and did not. I went down to find a massive line. Our room was ready. They say cruise shuttle for a fee, but all they do is give you a phone number to an external company and you arrange it yourself so I don’t believe they should list this as a service they provide. The hotel shuttle from the airport you must call the hotel after you have your luggage. Rooms were decent but a little worn in the bathroom."

"Bookings was very easy. Lena at the front desk was very Helpful aswell as Management. They were able to assist me in a time of need. I got off a cruise very early in the morning and Lena was able to get a room ready available for my use. The room was very modern and large such as a Studio apartment facing the river. "

"The hotel was not clean at all and did not resemble the pictures. Very dark and not lit at all in the outside. The bathtub was disgusting and the knob fell off when I went to go turn the shower on. "
