「This is exactly what I pictured when I imagined staying in Scotland. The house is beautiful and the owners along with their two dogs could not be anymore wonderful. We also had one of our best breakfasts in Scotland.」

「We love this hotel! We were there two years ago and wanted to return to see if it still was as exceptional as we originally thought. And it was! The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was top notch. The property is lovingly maintained by the nicest couple. They are working hard to get their outdoor eating area ready for the season!」

No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. 「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」
