The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Lumiere London is an event, held in January, where light sculptures are placed all over the city of London for a long weekend and you can travel back and forth around the city to find them. This one, designed like giant flowers, was set up in Leicester Square Garden and encompassed the whole place. Meanwhile, other displays were set up around Picadilly Circus, Oxford Circus and King's Cross. It was freezing that weekend, but well worth it!
