「This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!」

「This is the second time I’ve stayed with you in the past month. We weren't even greeted pleasantly or with a smile upon arrival. Things only got worse from there. I stayed in room 309. I complained about the lack of water flow in the shower and the fact that the overhead showerhead wasn't working. I asked to switch rooms because the situation was terrible—it was impossible to shower comfortably. I was told there were no available rooms and that a technician would be sent to fix the issue....

「It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation.」
