Curtain tore, I told them in the morning. Until the late afternoon it was not fixed.When we reminded them, they finally sent someone to fix it. I think that a 5-star hotel should be more receptive 」

Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino.
