Great location, not-so-good reception.

Excellent location. Nice big room. Excellent breakfast. Reception not very receptive. We wanted an umbrella, they say they do not have. I demanded one for the evening, finally they spplied one. Curtain tore, I told them in the morning. Until the late afternoon it was not fixed.When we reminded them, they finally sent someone to fix it. I think that a 5-star hotel should be more receptive

Great Hotel centrally located in Batumi

We enjoyed a week atvThe Hilton Batumi. Close to the beavh, were you can rent beachchairs, walking distance to town with restaurants and shops. Hotel is located in the middle of a park so quiet also. Rooftop Bar was great with great wievs, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and freidnly staff, especially Aslani, the Maitre D was very friendly and helpful. Entire restaurant crew was very attentive. I would go back!!

Spacious rooms, the best room service we met. Very very tasty food in the dining room. Even the chef made us a special dish because my wife is vegan. Highly recommend

The Hilton Batumi is a nice hotel. What makes it great is the staff who provide outstanding service and attention. We were particularly grateful to the young woman who helped solve our train issue by calling the train station for us, helping resolve a ticket question. Breakfast was also excellent.
