"Restaurants and staff were above average. Rooms were NOT. Overly scented with a bad smell. Desperately in need of a complete refresh. Furniture old. Sheets were scratchy. The owner needs to take some profits and refresh the rooms from top to bottom."

"Would have liked to see someone offer to carry luggage up flight of stairs. But overall, great AC, cleanliness and quietness. Grazie"

"Very nice place, amazing view and easy to reach by. Lovely stay if you want to visit CAIAZZO The price is great for the experience, I gave 4 star instead of 5 due to the furniture bad shape"

"We adored Piana La Gatta. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the site was spectacular. Beautiful views! The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so delicious too. We would return in a heartbeat. "

"Total serenity which was fine by me. Beautiful setting. Easy access to the highway and minutes to downtown Benevento. The owner was always available and especially Freida who would greet me after I returned. Lovely place with a tremendous history."

"The welcome was outstanding and Annabella our server was amazing "

"Very nice hotel with spa, bar and restaurant. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Food was delicious."

"I have stayed here several times. The owners are very nice. It's a beautiful property and comfortable. I only speak English so I do have to use my translation App, but other than that it is a very easy check in."

"Truly beautiful location and wonderful pool. Staff are very attentive and kind. Great food. We’ve stayed more than once."

"A worst experience of staying in my travel... the place was renovated from an dilapidated old house probably decades or hundreds years old (actually half of the building still in dilapidation state, the other half repaited in white to fool tourists) and they put me to the underground basement unit with no window only hearing street noise and next door conversation like next to you... worse still, because this is from old old house repainted, the bathroom was in a cave in the old house basement...

"Attendo una mail per il rimborso in quanto l' host non mi ha accolto e ho dovuto cercare una sistemazione differente. "
