Beautifully appointed hotel with wonderful staff. Our room has a fantastic view and is very quiet. My husband ate at the restaurant (I was too tired) and he really enjoyed it. Very dog friendly, which is very important to us.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. It is a 10 minute walk into town. The huge first floor deck didn't seem to have shade or furniture or be accessible during the day to sit and enjoy the view, which would have been nice.

Helpful Staff!
The hotel personnel were very helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and had all the comfort I needed. A next-door neighbor was playing music very loud, I informed the reception and they immediately addressed the issue. The only drawback was I felt a bit allergic in the room, maybe some humidity that was not visible, it triggered my sinus - but that is me.

The location was a nice walking distance to the train station and a restaurant called Blondie next to a park where my daughter could play while I had a few drinks.

Hotel is in a location that allows for an easy walk to the bus stop or train station and to the old centre. The foyer presents as pictured on the web and cleanliness cannot be faulted. Rated as a four-star hotel, Martini disappointed in the following ways: The aircon did not provide the comfortable coolness needed after a day in the heat. The toilet paper dispenser was held together by wads of paper jammed in the top. Hardly pleasing to the eye. The handheld shower nozzle ejected water in a heavy single stream and its holster on the vertical rod could not be tightened to hold the nozzle at head height. And the water temperature was tepid. This was terribly disappointing as showering was an uncomfortable experience overall. After mentioning the water temp problem daily during our 3 night stay staff finally admitted ‘there is a technical problem that is being worked on’. This ‘technical’ problem was not resolved before our departure. Along with these failures I’d like to suggest bigger room safes and duplicate room keys be available at Reception in the event that one room occupant arrives back before the other.

A must stay hotel in your trip to Olbia!
Hotel Olbia was our favorite hotel that we stayed in throughout our entire trip. The rooms were super clean, and beds were very comfortable. The shower was the best shower I’ve had. We really enjoyed our stay here. What mainly made our stay here was the staff. They were truly one of a kind. From Maria’s warmth, kindness, and energy all the way to David’s cheerfulness and helpfulness, they made Hotel Martini feel like our home away from home. We highly recommend Hotel Martini it’s really a lovely place and we will definitely be staying here again. The location is also excellent super convenient

I feel quite mean writing this because the staff were first class, very efficient, very friendly....however this is strictly a business hotel and holidaymakers have no business being there. There was a very pleasant terrace that led out from the restaurant, the room was cooled perfectly in the raging heat of the summer days and nights and the room was spacious and spotless......however, there were no facilities that might entice a holidaymaker. No gym, no swimming pool and no entertainment, but there was a bar inside the restaurant. The meals served, aside from breakfast which was typically continental, were very much below standard, a choice of just three, my wife and I had two of them and they were dreadful, dry, lukewarm and plainly boring....and expensive. Had we known what quality they were going to serve, we wouldn't have eaten there if THEY paid US. If you holiday in Olbia, choose wiser than I did. We actually gave up after six nights and paid for another hotel, which was ideal for holidaymakers. We didn't expect a refund for that night and we weren't offered one, but the £160 spent elsewhere was worth every penny.

Comfortable Hotel. The look from the outside does not correlate with the inside of the hotel albeit it is an ageing 4 star. The room was spacious and the bed was one of the better one that we have had in Sardegna Wifi was a little slow but adequate. Excellent continental breakfast wit fresh fruits and of course fresh coffee

Perfectly acceptable hotel but not as up to date as the photos suggest. Bed was quite hard and it was a 10 minute walk to get to anywhere worth going for a meal or drink. Breakfast was also fairly uninspired but the coffee was good.

We had wonderful 3 nights stay at Hotel Martini. Our room overlooked the amazing park . Very close to the center of Olbia. Strongly recommend .

A nice hotel, not really 4 Star.
The inside of the hotel was very clean & tidy, with art-deco style decor. The staff were very friendly & helpful & spoke good English. The DIY artwork is slightly dodgy! However, the outside is not in keeping with the lovely inside. The hotel is situated in a '60s shopping unit, which isn't the best to look at. The view over the harbour is spoilt by the railway track that runs behind the hotel (although we didn't hear any trains). The park out the front though is nice to look at & walk around. The old town is also only a 5 minute walk away. We had a very pleasant stay, but I wouldn't claim it to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, although it does provide breakfast. Neither does it have a pool or any useable private outside space. There is a spa & a gym but they aren't the things we're interested in on holiday. Overall, nice hotel for the price. Great as a pleasant base for exploring Sardinia.
