「It stinks. The staff makes you feel uncomfortable the minute you walk in. The bed are a hundred years old and uncomfortable. And have old bedspread. 」

I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. So you will see construction workers around you and trucks passing in front of your windows. *NO WIFI -- wifi was ok when I checked in but not working in the morning. There is no service in the area so your cell phone will not work. *NO HOT WATER -- water was hot for 2 minutes but then it was only lukewarm.
